The Hollywood Boxing Federation is making two of Tinseltown's names an offer they probably will refuse. According to Radaronline.com, CEO Damon Feldman has offered Mark Wahlberg and Will Smith a whopping $1 million each to come out swinging in a celebrity boxing match.
