The L.A. County Coroner has had a busy week - the office released causes of death for both Brittany Murphy and Casey Johnson on Thursday, according to TMZ. Johnson, who was a diabetic, died of diabetic ketoacidosis, a condition in which her body was severely insulin deficient. She had been hospitalized twice previously for diabetic comas before she died. Sources tell TMZ that she simply "neglected" herself by not taking her insulin... Read More
