It may have been a lovely cruise for Outkast rapper Big Boi, but disembarking in Miami got ugly Sunday. Border patrol dogs busted the "Hey Ya" singer as he got off the ship, and he was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
