Hot Salad Dressing

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1 tablespoon(s) powdered fruit pectin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Combine pectin, sugar, mustard and pepper.
  2. Stir in water, vinegar and garlic. Cover and chill for one hour.
  3. Chill to store two or three days.
