Cheesy Broccoli Calzone

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup(s) steamed broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) Romano cheese, grated
  • 1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Saut garlic, olive oil and broccoli until broccoli is tender, and then add cheese. Roll out dough on floured surface, spread broccoli mixture and fold in ends. Put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
