Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

For 8 people

  • 12 ounce(s) Marinated Artichoke Hearts (1 jar)
  • 16 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 16 tablespoon(s) green chiles, drained and chopped (1 4-oz. jar)
  • 1 crackers or tortilla chips
  • 3 tablespoon(s) "Nacho" sliced Jalapeno chiles, drained and diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl add all ingredients; mix until well combined. Spread in a 1-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie plate. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
