Slow-Cooked Pork Teriyaki
Enjoy the other white meat for dinner. This palate-pleasing pork loin is bursting in flavor and has all day to simmer in the slow-cooker. It's a great way to get some tender loving.

Ingredients
3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3 lb. boneless pork loin roast, halved
7 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. cold water
Methods/steps
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Add roast and turn to coat. Cover and cook on “low” for 7-8 hours or until a thermometer inserted into the roast reads 160 degrees. Remove roast and keep warm. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; stir in cooking juices. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with the roast.
