Ingredients
3 lb. pork
1 onion chopped
4 cloves of Garlic
1 box of Scalloped Potatoes and sauce
1 tbsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. of soy sauce
1 can of crème of celery soup
1 pkg. of frozen vegetables
1 can of Beer
Salt and pepper

Methods/steps
Put meat on the bottom of crock-pot. In a separate container, add onion, garlic Worcestershire, soy, crème of celery, frozen veggies, scalloped potatoes, and mix it up. Then pour it into the crock-pot. After that add beer and salt and pepper. Cook it on “high” for about 4-5 hours.
