Cheddar Blue Fondue

True blue, baby we love you. Serve up some crunchy veggies like bell peppers, carrots, asparagus and broccoli with this unique twist on classic fondue. Oh, and don't forget, no fondue is complete without some crusty bread.


Cheddar Blue Fondue

Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 3 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, diced
  • 4 ounce(s) blue cheese
  • 1 cup(s) tomato soup
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) dry sherry

Directions

Combine all ingredients except wine in saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Stir in wine and serve in a fondue pot.
