Juicy Carrot Salad

Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 2 cup(s) shredded carrots
  • 1 cup(s) coconut
  • 1 pineapple tidbits can
  • 1 cup(s) marshmallows
  • 3 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 8 1/10 tablespoon(s) whipping cream

Directions

Drain pineapple. Place over carrots and refrigerate overnight (covered). When ready to serve, add remaining ingredients and cover with dressing.
