Ingredients
3 slices sushi grade tuna
1 slice sushi grade salmon
1 slice sushi grade yellowtail
Sushi rice
Nori sheets
Fresh crab meat
Cucumber slices

Methods/steps
Place on fish slices on rolling mat, overlapping slightly and in this order from left to right: tuna, salmon, tuna, yellowtail, tuna. Top fish with a layer of sushi rice. Lay nori on rice. Make a final layer of crab and cucumber slices. Roll up tight and slice on a bias before serving.
