Aguilera and Beau Busted in Alcohol-Related Incident

It looks like someone was getting a little bit naughty. Hopefully, hard-partying singer Christina Aguilera didn't swallow the genie in whatever bottle she was pounding. The soon-to-be-divorced mother-of-one was not herself tonight when she was arrested for public intoxication early Tuesday morning. According to a police official, the Burlesque star was "extremely intoxicated" and "unable to take care of herself." However, it wasn't her own actions that landed her in the clink, says the source. It was those of her new boyfriend, 25-year-old Matthew Rutler. Rutler was busted for driving under the influence, and bail was set at $5,000; Aguilera was a passenger in the car. The insider tells TMZ, "If the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, [Christina] would have never been in trouble." Unfortunately, the wild nights aren't anything new for Aguilera. Pals have supposedly been trying to get the "Beautiful" singer into rehab for weeks. Us Weekly recently did a story about Aguilera's hard-partying antics. A pal of the blonde bombshell told the magazine, "Her friends are fed up. She's really spiraling. I would be shocked if she's not in rehab in the next month or two." It looks like they have yet another reason to be pissed. Perhaps it's time that Aguilera takes the opportunity to dry out. Over the last month, she flubbed the lines of "The Star Spangled Banner" at the Super Bowl and she tripped during the Grammy Awards. All of this comes on the heels of her filing for divorce from husband and baby daddy Jordan Bratman.
