The Daily Mail is reporting that actress Liz Taylor was on life support after suffering congestive heart failure. Trouble started last week when the 76-year-old actress came down with pneumonia and things went from bad to worse for lovely Liz. However, the Oscar-award winner's condition is improving and she's breathing on her own once again. A source told reporters that "the doctors thought they were going to lose her. She's still very sick, but she's past the crisis." However, her rep tells a different story: "Ms. Taylor is fine. Her hospital visit was precautionary. She will be returning home shortly. At present, she is surrounded by family, friends and fabulous jewels." The wheelchair-bound actress has seen her share of health woes over the last decade. In addition to suffering from diabetes and congestive heart failure, she's also had double hip replacement surgery, a benign brain tumor and debilitating osteoporosis. At one point, there were even rumors circulating that she was suffering from Alzheimer's and close to death, a myth she dispelled when she appeared on Larry King Live in 2006. Just last year the eight-time bride was photographed swimming with sharks in Hawaii. Here's to a speedy recovery Liz.
