Forget lifestyles of the rich and famous. The Giudices belong on trials of the poor and infamous. The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice just got a little more broke. Big spender Joe Giudice was ordered by a judge to repay former pal and business partner Joe Mastropole a whopping $260,000 after he forged his former friend's signature on a mortgage document. According to Radaronline.com, Judge Morris Stern demanded that Giudice fork over the financial windfall despite their legal claim for bankruptcy protection. In court, Judge Stern called Giudice out on his deceiving ways saying, "The signing of Mastropole's name was a forgery... exhibiting willfulness and malice toward a former friend and current adversary. The extraordinary web of lies and misrepresentations woven by Giudice to implement and cover his misconduct reflects on his approach to business matters and suggest his disregard for legal restraints which would bind others. Joe Giudice was both thoroughly unconvincing as a witness and unbounded as a prevaricator in spinning a tale about the events." Mastropole's attorney Monica Chacon says it remains to be seen whether the couple ever forks over the cash. But she has a warning for the spoiled table-flipping wife, "Apparently Teresa is too stupid to know what her husband has been doing or she has got us all fooled. Her day of reckoning is still to come." It looks like Teresa now has bigger enemies than former housewife Danielle Staub.
