Janice Dickinson: Rehab's Next Top Model

Cleaning up her act was hardly fun and games for reality show regular Janice Dickinson. The former supermodel has been taking her rehabilitation seriously, but it appears the first week of filming made her sick, and it had nothing to do with being around arch-enemy and fellow rehabber Rachel Uchitel. Radaronline.com is reporting that the former America's Next Top Model judge had Dr. Drew Pinsky and his staff concerned because she went through such serious withdrawals while trying to get clean. An insider told the Web site, "Janice got extremely ill at the beginning of filming as she was going through a very intense detox. Janice worried Dr. Drew and the staff at the Pasadena Recovery Center because of how violently sick she was. Janice got through it, and absolutely made tremendous strides." Dickinson was supposedly battling a bunch of different addictions which aren't being named. Perhaps her hardest-fought battle while filming Celebrity Rehab 4 was the one she had with Uchitel. The source told Radaronline.com, "There was no love between Rachel and Janice. Janice thought Rachel was using the show to further her 15 minutes of fleeting fame." Although she's not extending her stay in rehab, the source adds that Dickinson is hell-bent on staying sober. "Janice isn't continuing treatment in another facility as several other cast members are. However, Janice is following the outpatient care plan that was given to her by Dr. Drew and staff members. Janice is actually asking for more help, going above and beyond what was recommended she do."
