Bam Margera really is a head case. You'd think that Margera would be focused on his recovery after being beaten and battered by a bat-swinging 59-year-old, but not so much. Instead his biggest concern is how the attack will affect the shooting of an upcoming stunt for the Jackass 3D movie, one that ironically was supposed to involve knocks to the noggin. But his recent injuries have now forced Margera out of that game. According to TMZ, the MTV fixture was bludgeoned outside a Pennsylvania bar by a fellow patron who whacked Bam upside the head with baseball bat over the weekend. Bam was hospitalized with a concussion and internal bleeding but later released. Of course Margera is tough as nails, especially when you consider his livelihood comes from injuring himself. Although he was ready to start shooting, the scenes had to be rewritten and the butthead won't be taking any butts or other hits to the head in the near future. As for the woman -- she was charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and one felony count of aggravated assault, TMZ is reporting.
