Levi Trekking to Court with Shatner?

Before he goes where lots of men have gone before -- Playgirl -- Levi Johnston has a score to settle with NBC. Johnston and his lawyer have launched a full-frontal attack on the Tonight Show, which seemingly spoofed Johnston's Twitter posts. Star Trek star and Priceline pitchman William Shatner dramatically read Johnston's supposed tweets, open mike poetry-style. The skit was absolutely hilarious, as you can see below, but the problem was, Wasilla's second-most-infamous native didn't write them. There are a few Twitter accounts attributed to Levi Johnston, but Rex Butler, Levi's lawyer, says Levi doesn't have a Twitter account. Bristol's babydaddy is demanding a retraction, especially since Conan O'Brien introduced the tweets as "All real ... we did not make these up." Real or not, it's easy enough to envision the guy saying it. Nude photo shoot, almost-mother-in-law's book coming out...now a lawsuit? Gonna be a busy month, Levi...

Update: Levi got his wish. Sort of. Conan apologized for Wednesday night's stunt...by having Shatner read real quotes from Levi himself. It's almost funnier than the fake quotes, as you can see below.
