It seems like just yesterday that outspoken actress Anne Heche hung her ex-hubby out to dry on David Letterman, calling him a "lazy ass." While it's actually been a few weeks, the residual effects of her public lambasting linger. Heche and her former husband Coleman Laffoon have been ordered to get a parenting plan coordinator to help them get along, according to TMZ. The court-ordered referee will make sure that they keep the peace in son Homer's best interest. TMZ is reporting that the overpaid babysitter costs $375-an-hour to make sure the dueling duo know how to co-parent, to help the couple make join parenting decisions and to resolve arguments between the two. We're guessing the coordinator is going to earn every penny of his or her stipend. Heche and Laffoon will be relying on the ref to keep the peace until May 1, 2011.

these people need to grow up. I hate my ex hate hate hate but I don't let my feelings get in the way of my children and there relationship with their dad we keep the peace and do whats best for the kids, despite how we feel for each other.

They both need to grow up and learn to get along for Homer's sake. Neither of them should be bashing the other in public or in front of the child. Grow up you two and act like the adult's you say you are!!!

He should have known when he hooked up with crazee that he was gonna git and have to live with crazee. Ask Ellen what it was like with crazee. Crazee has to wake up every day and decide if she is gay or straight, sane or crazee.

Its better said than done I mean I know that they shouldnt fight in front of the child but sometimes getting along with the ex takes alot of patience believe me ive been there and sometimes its hard to not lose your cool, I think the babysitter is a good idea if its going to keep them civil around there child but sometimes its hard not to have ill feelings about each other and say things that you shouldent out of anger so maybe they need some counceling too!

Been there. It is unbelievable how a divorce can make people almost evil when they are really good people. Son's now 26 and we finally get along. Divorced when he was 11. Time heals all wounds.
