90210's Green Sees Red After Paparazzo Fight

Brian Austin Green and his wife, Megan Fox, may be saying "aloha" to some charges against them after a Hawaiian vacation dustup with a paparazzo. The gorgeous couple was getting some R&R back in December in Hualalai, Hawaii, when celebrity photographer Delbert Shaw tried to take a few snaps of them.TMZ reports that the Greens made verbal threats against him, then things got ugly when Green pummeled the guy. Fox, who knows a little about losing friends and alienating people, egged him on, TMZ reports. And you can chalk up another iPhone casualty - Green chucked Shaw's into the ocean, much like Russell Brand did a New Orleans photog's phone. And much like Brand, it looks like Green will face charges for the assault. Shaw has hired legal eagles and plans to sue the couple.
