Speidi Barely Weathers the Roker Storm

Spencer and Heidi Pratt appeared on the Today show Monday to discuss their trials and tribulations ? and baptism! ? in the Costa Rican jungle, during their one-day stint on I'm a Celebrity?Get Me Out of Here!. But they weren't prepared for the shower of scorn weatherman Al Roker rained down on them. Roker, who apparently hates the duo as much as we all do judging from his laborious, exasperated sighs that peppered the interview, asked about the couple's status as villains on the show and whether it carried into real life for them. In other words, are they jerks when the cameras are off? Problem is, Al, the cameras are NEVER off for these two. Naturally, the dumbasses found a way to parlay the interview into eking out another few moments of their 15 minutes of fame. Heidi told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, "I was shocked at how rude he was - I was crying afterwards because I couldn't believe I felt personally attacked ... I wanted to say to him, do you feel proud of how you're talking to me right now? I'm just a young woman and you're coming at me so aggressively and meanly [sic] and mean-spirited." Spencer added, "I never in my wildest dreams thought a weatherman would treat us like we just rigged the Iranian election." Al's lucky that Stephen Baldwin stepped in and baptized Spencer during the show's taping. Spencer told TMZ Monday that he would've torn the weatherman a new one if he hadn't been "saved by Jesus." Roker let us know exactly how he feels about Speidi when he tweeted after the show, "Heidi and Spencer are an interesting couple. famous for...being infamous. Bad and vacuous behavior. I think we're at minute 11 of their 15." Team Roker all the way!
