Kat Von D Wigs Out

It's hair today, gone tomorrow for LA Ink star Kat Von D -- and we're not talking about her cancelled reality show. The tattooed temptress is shedding her lovely locks from all of the stress she's been under. In fact, the situation is so dire she's taken to wearing wigs. Radaronline.com is reporting that the 29-year-old tattoo artist is losing her hair in chunks following all of the drama taking place in her life. Between the cancellation of her show and her on-again, off-again relationship with fiance Jesse James, it's been a hairy few months for the former TLC star. An insider reveals that Von D just can't seem to get a handle on the hair loss. So when you see those lovely layers of hair flowing from her head, it's hardly the real deal. Says the source, "Kat totally has bald spots, and it's from stress. It's worse than anyone her age should have. The combination of all the treatments she does to her hair and stress have finally caught up with her. She's started ordering wigs along with the hair pieces and extensions she already uses." The insider adds that the hair-raising order is only bringing Von D down even more, "I feel really bad for her because the bald spots are horrible. The stress of losing her hair is only stressing her out more and making it worse!" Sounds like James isn't the only one with a receding hairline in this relationship.
