Family Guy Is a Dirty, Dirty Man
If you missed last Sunday's episode of Fox's Family Guy, you missed a whole lot, according to the Parents Television Council. It's common knowledge that the cartoon pushes the envelope, but last week's episode prompted the fundie organization to file an indecency complaint with the Federal Communications Commission. Yeah, the same ones who fined CBS for Janet Jackson's Super Bowl "wardrobe malfunction." The offensive content cited in the PTC's press release included "bestiality, orgies and babies eating sperm." We're sorry we missed the episode! Series creator Seth MacFarlane isn't too worried about the organization's impact on his show, however. Here's what he said when asked about the PTC last year: "Oh, yeah. That's like getting hate mail from Hitler. They're literally terrible human beings. I've read their newsletter, I've visited their website, and they're just rotten to the core. For an organization that prides itself on Christian values ? I mean, I'm an atheist, so what do I know? ? they spend their entire day hating people. They can all suck my d**k as far as I'm concerned." Censor THAT, PTC.
