There Is a God: Blake Files for Divorce

It may have been too late for Sid Vicious & Nancy Spungeon, but it looks like another troubled twosome may live another day. Enabling addicts Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil are on the brink of a marital breakdown, following Winehouse's major PDA with another man. After seeing the pics of his wife cavorting with a younger, more dashing man, Fielder-Civil declared war, siccing his attorney on the singer. According to the Daily Mail, Incarcerated Blake, who's back in jail, is filing for divorce on the grounds of adultery. It's going to be a difficult charge to deny since she's publicly admitted that she's "forgotten I'm even married" and bragged about her sexual escapades with new beau Josh Bowman. We're sure her pocketbook will be a not-so-gentle-reminder she has to fork over half of her $10 million booty to ole Blake. Somebody is going to pay... and it's likely going to be Winehouse.
