Jacko Too Sicko for Court
He might be a musical genius, but the King of Pop's talents didn't pay off for an Arab sheik, who wants to recoup the big bucks he spent on Michael Jackson during his time in Bahrain. But actually getting Wacko Jacko to court is proving difficult, due to him claiming illness. "It would be unwise for him to travel, given what's he's got now," Jackson's lawyer Robert Englehart said, declining to elaborate "for the obvious reasons." Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa wants him to testify in a suit claiming Jackson owes him $7 million for reneging on a contract that included writing an autobiography, recording an album on the sheik's label and a stage play. The sheik, who happens to be the second son of the king of Bahrain, invited Jackson during his child molestation trial, and Jackson stayed until 2006. Because the record label never got off the ground and because Jackson's lawyer said the money was a "gift," he shouldn't have to pay up. Some gift. Now the sheik has to actually get the guy in court - good luck with that. Guess he's figuring out now why they call him Wacko Jacko...
