Amy Winehouse is back in the hospital again, but it's not for rehab. No, no, no. Various media outlets were reporting the ailing singer was trying to avoid jail time for an alleged assault by checking into rehab; however, that's not the case. The drug-addicted singer is battling a chest infection and has once again been placed under the watch of doctors after her condition went from bad to worse. According to British tabloid The Mirror, Winehouse appeared to be "painfully thin with yellow teeth" over the weekend, as opposed to her usual skeletal appearance. The 25-year-old singing sensation was diagnosed with emphysema earlier this year. Although her reps admitted she was in the hospital, they were quick to point out it wasn't for her drug problems. "Amy is in hospital being checked out with for a chest infection. She is not back in rehab. She should be fine and is expected to return home soon." We're sure she'll be back to drinking and drugging again in no time. Here's to a speedy recovery!
