After busting out a window and having a tantrum worthy of the most badly behaved 4-year-old Tuesday morning, Chris Brown will not get the proverbial time out that he so deserves. After his Good Morning America interview with Robin Roberts and subsequent performance were finished, Brown grew angrier and angrier - presumably because Roberts asked him about Rihanna - and ultimately trashed his dressing room, then ripped off his shirt and stormed out. A window was even broken, sending shards of glass to the sidewalk below. For vandalism and potentially the assault on passers-by below, Brown could've gotten his probation revoked and been sent to prison. However, no one actually saw - or will admit to seeing - Brown break the window or damage property. Therefore, ABC did not file charges, nor do they plan to. According to TMZ, there is no "complaining victim" - cops weren't called, so the "Yeah 3X" singer will get off scot-free...except in the court of public opinion. Brown is scheduled to perform on another ABC show, Dancing with the Stars, Tuesday night, and there's no word on its status yet. However, his Wednesday appearance on Lopez Tonight has been axed. Brown seemed to pass the rest of his day post-tantrum in an easy, (team) breezy fashion, tweeting love and support for his fans, then playing hoops in Greenwich Village and dining in the city that night. The fallout on GMA was underwhelming: Wednesday morning Roberts said, "We wish [Brown] the absolute best and...we've extended the invitation to him and I sure hope that he takes us up on it, because we'd love to have another chat with him." Just be sure to give him a dressing room with nailed-down furniture and windowless walls next time.
