Oil Vey! Baldwin Suing Costner

Stephen Baldwin and Kevin Costner may have never shared the screen together, but it looks like they'll soon be sharing a courtroom. According to the Baldwin brother, the Waterworld star bilked him out of millions in a slick scheme that involved the BP oil rig disaster. In a dramatic move, Baldwin filed a lawsuit in a Louisiana federal court maintaining that the veteran actor convinced him to unload shares in a company that built an oil and water separator. According to TMZ, Baldwin was a 10 percent partner in the invention. Initially, Baldwin figured had stuck gold, or oil, at the very least when he bought into the deal. However, Costner and his cohorts soon talked Baldwin into selling his piece of the pie so they could make a bigger profit in a deal with BP. Baldwin was told Costner had also sold his shares and that there was no deal with BP, which apparently wasn't true. In fact, Costner and crew scored a whopping $52 million from BP. Now Baldwin wants a big chunk of change after being deceived. Naturally, the whole thing has been a disaster for Baldwin.
