Despite putting her substance abuse issues behind her, wacktress Lindsay Lohan still has one major problem on her hands... and it isn't her lack of work. The former child star has yet to slay the main demon in her life, and that's her d-bag dad. The consummate sellout has now put a price tag on his daughter's most personal thoughts and shopping around her private diaries. Ironically, it's the kind of behavior that everyone has come to loathe and expect out of Michael Lohan, who gives new meaning to the term daddy issues. In an effort to protect her privacy, the Machete actress' lawyer has written a cease and desist letter to the loser demanding that he stop trying to turn a profit off Lohan's personal effects. In the letter, Lohan calls her dad's bad behavior absolutely "shameful." Lohan also maintains that she has no idea how her pop got his grimy hands on her stuff. Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley threatened to seek damages for "grave invasion of privacy" if her dad doesn't stop peddling her possessions. Although Michael is determined to "mend fences" with his offspring, Lohan is firm in her belief that he's the biggest part of her problems. In a new interview with Vanity Fair she told a reporter, "I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life." Michael moved from New York to Los Angeles to get closer to his largest source of income this week. He admits to TMZ that right now she probably won't want to see him, but he's certain she'll have a change of heart... like when hell freezes over.
