Actress Has Bones to Pick With Boreanaz

Lord, he's no angel. These days, it seems David Boreanaz and sex scandals go hand in hand. The beautiful Bones star, who obviously has a hard time keeping it in his pants is now under fire for sexual harassment. Queen of the frivolous lawsuit Gloria Allred filed papers today against Fox's favorite leading man on behalf of her client. In true Allred fashion, she held a press conference to do so. It's just the latest blemish on Boreanaz's bad-boy reputation. He's been linked to former TIger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel, as well another woman who was trying to extort him for money. Allred has been along for the ride throughout the whole thing, bouncing from mistress to mistress. The actress suing the pants off Boreanaz is an unknown, Kristina Hagan. Based on Allred's statements, it sounds like Boreanaz's actions have been holding her back from a flourishing career. Cause heaven forbid it might actually be a lack of talent keeping her back. Allred tells Radaronline.com, "Today we have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Kristina Hagan, an actress, against David Boreanaz, in employment. Hagan is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federal of Television and Radio Artists. She is an actress who is working towards her goals, but who, like many other actresses, has not been able to achieve them. For that reason she is extremely vulnerable as many actresses are in Hollywood. Ms. Hagan's allegations are set forth her lawsuit. We will have no further comment on them." No word on whether Hagan is the same woman who was trying to blackmail the former Buffy actor. To add insult to injury, Allred has yet another woman who claims Boreanaz took advantage of her. Adds Allred, "We also represent another woman who has filed a charge of sexual harassment in employment against Mr. Boreanaz. We have asked the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing to investigate. Ms. Hagan is looking forward to her day in court." Despite having to come clean about his various indiscretions, it appears he's lucked out. Wife Jaime Bergman continues to stand by her man. Hopefully for Boreanaz's sake, this is still yesterday's news.
