Lohan Not Going Directly To Jail
SPONSORED:
Lindsay Lohan may not be jail bound just yet, but the party is definitely over for the troubled starlet. Judge Marsha Revel laid the verbal smackdown on the hard-partying Freaky Friday actress, who's failed to complete the terms of her probation at this point. If the 24-year-old wants to remain a free woman, it's going to be unhappy hour from here on out. Lohan can't drink or drug. She also has to submit to random drug testing. She has to wear a SCRAM bracelet and she has to continue her stint in alcohol ed classes. Although the terms may seem harsh, they're nothing when you consider the fact Judge Revel could have sent Lohan directly to jail. Lohan's globetrotting days have also been put on hold -- she's been ordered to stay in Los Angeles for the time being, which means she won't be shooting any movies in Texas. These are just the terms to keep Lohan out of the clink until her July 6 probation hearing is held. At that point, she could still be sentenced to up to 180 days in jail. It's looking like as good a time as any for Lohan to check into rehab before she's forced to check into the bighouse.
