Lindsay Lohan Takes Aim at Critics

After escaping her dad's efforts to put her in rehab or under his conservatorship and his Twitter allegations - he was allegedly hacked - that she has HIV, Lindsay is calling him "just foul." In a radio interview on L.A.'s KIIS-FM Wednesday, the fallen starlet addressed her "ex-father" and criticism of her 16-year-old sister, Ali, who Lindsay says is going to school, and there is nothing to worry about. Yeah, if falling asleep in Algebra after a night of partying isn't a problem...Linds addressed those problematic partying sessions she's always partaking of as well. "I've just been working a lot, and it's not a crime to go out and have fun with your friends ... I do realize it's silly of me to give people what they want - to see me out at night," she said. And she gave the people what they want that very night, staying at Chateau Marmont until 5 am, having plenty of fun with her friends, it looked like. And working a lot, huh? Interesting claims from someone who was just fired from her only paying acting job outside a milkshake joint in who knows how long. And she allegedly refused a cool $1 million for appearing on Celebrity Rehab . She has been getting some "modeling" work, however. Linds posted a picture of herself with a gun to her mouth, taken during a photo shoot with photographer Tyler Shields, which she described as "art." Other pieces of "artwork" depicted her disheveled in lingerie with blood on her leg and with her legs splayed above her head while gazing at the camera. And she doesn't get why the media focuses on her. She told KIIS, "I don't know why I am such a target, but I think there's a big misconception of who I am as a person."
