Sandra Bullock Has a New Man

The moment of reckoning is upon Jesse James. That's because bachelorhood is looming over the bad boy biker who's likely already been served with divorce papers. Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock is finally speaking out about the split in the new issue of People magazine. The 45-year-old Blind Side leading lady breaks her silence telling the magazine, "Yes, I have filed for divorce." She admits she's both scared and sad over the end of her five-year-marriage. And while it's no surprise that Bullock is calling it quits on her marriage, what did come as a shock is the fact that she has a new man in her life... and a little one at that. Just 10 days before the infamous cheating scandal broke, Bullock and James adopted a baby boy from New Orleans. The three-and-a-half-month-old boy is named Louis Bardo Bullock, after Louis Armstrong. Although she and James started the process together almost four years ago, the new mom is moving ahead to finalize the adoption as a single parent. That's probably good news for James, who may have a hard time affording child support for a fourth child. According to sources, business is hardly booming for the West Coast Choppers CEO, who's seen a drop in demand since news of his adultery broke. The burger restaurant he owns around the corner from the chop shop has had some slows days recently. An employee of Cisco Burger told Radaronline.com, "Business has been way worse since it came out that Jesse was cheating on Sandra. It's been much, much slower here. At first after Sandra won the Oscar we were packed, but ever since it's been way slower."
