Reality Show Headed for The Hills
Audrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari, Lo Bosworth, Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt and the rest of The Hills gang better start shopping for a new source of income. The gravy train they've been riding, better known as The Hills, is coming to an abrupt halt at the end of the seventh season. It seems like just yesterday that these Hollywood wannabes were bitching, whining and backstabbing on the small screen for the first time. But alas, it's time for these reality stars to take their final bow. Hills creator Adam DiVello admits it's time to pull the plug on the one-time ratings powerhouse. He eloquently tells EW.com, "I think we've told the story of struggle and of finding yourself in L.A. A lot of these kids have found themselves and have certainly embarked on different careers and different paths." In other words, viewers find the Jersey Shore far more entertaining than a bunch of spoiled brats from Los Angeles. Among the sizzling storylines that the 7th season will cover is Patridge's romance with one-hit wonder Ryan Cabrera, Montag's massive plastic surgeries and Cavallari's rumored drug problem. The final season of The Hills premieres on MTV at the end of April.
