after a nasty car wreck, requested that the 17-year-old reality star be removed from jail and placed on house arrest.
It goes without saying that his request was denied. According to TMZ.com, Nick has been struggling with his stay in solitary confinement. Because he is a minor he can't be placed in the general population, which means he spends almost the entire day in the box.
The whiny baby, who walked away from the devastating crash unscathed, told his mother in a jailhouse call, ?I?m going crazy in this room, it?s like half the size of my bathroom and no windows or nothing. Like just one little, like, you know, cot bed thing."
No crap, Nick. It's jail, not the Mandarin.
