Jon Gosselin: The Smoking Gun

After losing his battle with TLC -- and apparently soon-to-be-ex Kate -- Jon Gosselin has figured out yet another tactic to forge on with the douchebag ways that keep his name in the spotlight. This time the Octodad proved he's armed and dangerous by taking part in some target practice on the $1.2 million property where he and Kate takes turns staying. The timing is suspect since it comes hot on the heels of media reports that Kate was extremely pleased with the divorce settlement. And by now we all know that Kate's gains are likely John's losses. It's obvious that Jon was likely trying to send everyone a message. Yet in an ironic twist his plans were quickly snuffed out. Just one day after the numbskull was photographed taking his best shot, a judge ordered that he not bring any firearms on the marital property that he shares with the eight children.Like DUH! Gosselin also appeared in court today to face off against one of his old attorneys who claims he hasn't been paid. Jon actually was acting as his own attorney -- to which we say, "Don't quit your day job, Jon." Oh wait -- he already has.
