Merriman Takes Tequila to Court

NFL player Shawne Merriman is hitting back at ex-girlfriend Tila Tequila after her smear campaign that's branded him an abuser and a drug addict. The erotic and neurotic Shot at Love star claimed that the San Diego Chargers roughed her up after a night of partying. Although she had plenty of bruises, officials said they didn't have enough evidence to press charges against Merriman. This infuriated the bisexual babe who has waged a war of words against Merriman. According to the baller, Tequila has concocted some elaborate stories about him including that he choked and attacked her, that he has sex with minors and plies them with drugs, and that he even manufactures drugs in his home. Merriman maintains that she even copped to her lying ways, stating, "yes that is why I did a 'spin' now ... cuz now everyone is LOVINGGGG me." Merriman is suing for intentional interference with contract and unfair competition as well as trademark infringement for using his logo on her Web site, reports TMZ. He also says that she botched a deal he had in the works with Wal-Mart. Based on her behavior as of late, it looks like Tila "Crazypants" Tequila is capable of anything.
