No Joe: Papa Jackson on the Outs

It appears that Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson are being brought together by a common enemy -- Joe Jackson. When it comes to the children, the mother and grandmother of Jackson's kids are apparently teaming up to protect the children. And that involves keeping the abusive patriarch of the Jackson clan out of the picture. Since Michael's death two weeks ago, 79-year-old Joe has been at the forefront of the looming custody battle, stating that Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket belong with Katherine and himself. Joe has been accused of abusing his own children, including Michael. Joe was even left out of Michael's will, and oddly enough, was not mentioned once during the Michael Jackson memorial attended by thousands. ABC News is reporting that Debbie and Katherine are secretly hashing out a custody agreement that ensures Joe won't be able to get his hands on the children. Supposedly, Rowe won't go for custody, provided that Katherine lets her have more time with the kids and promises to keep Joe away. Katherine's lawyer L. Londell McMillan told the Associated Press, "We are pleased that the child custody hearing has been continued over until July 20 to further our progress and allow us to privately and amicably resolve this most important matter in a dignified manner for the benefit of the children first and all involved." Probably smart of the women to team up. The Sun is reporting that Joe wants to create the Jackson 3 from Michael's progeny...
