Whitney Houston: Case Closed

The Beverly Hills Police Department has been investigating Whitney Houston's death for almost exactly two months, and it looks like they're finished. The singer drowned on Feb. 11, and it was found that cocaine and heart disease contributed to Houston's death. But contrary to previous reports, there was no foul play or concealment of evidence. The police found cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the "I Will Always Love You" crooner's room during a search shortly after her body was discovered, TMZ reported. Several sources claimed that someone removed cocaine from the room, and the BHPD focused on her longtime friend, Raffles van Exel. But according to TMZ, police did indeed find drugs and have officially closed the case, leaving van Exel in the clear.
