Teen Mom Amber Portwood has a really good reason to be pissed off -- and it all has to do with her inability to urinate. The recovering reality star is facing five years in prison after failing to pee in a cup during a routine drug test. The troubled 20-year-old is currently doing time on home detention. As part of her sentence she must complete a drug program, which includes being drug tested on a daily basis. An insider tells TMZ that Portwood failed to provide the piss this past Monday. Sometimes you gotta go even when you don't gotta go. No pee is automatically deemed a failed test, regardless of the circumstances. Portwood went before the judge, who could've actually made her serve out the initial five-year sentence if he wanted. But it looks like the judge will cut her temperamental bladder a break. TMZ reports that the troubled mom went before the judge and instead of prison, she got a homework assignment. For failing to give a urine sample, Portwood is required to submit to an extra 30 days of daily drug testing. And it turns out Portwood committed another no-no -- skipping an AA meeting, for which she was also punished...by being required to re-read the drug court participant handbook and writing a 500-word essay on her responsibilities as a participant. Hope she passes the test -- pee, written or otherwise.
