Major Arrest for Lohan's Ex

Maybe leaving rehab wasn't such a great idea for Kate Major. The former tabloid reporter has been in Florida since being released from rehab just last week, and she's already back in trouble. Major was arrested in Boca Raton for battery and resisting arrest, according to TMZ. She was booked into jail in the wee hours of Sunday morning and is being held on charges of battery, battery against an officer, EMT, or firefighter, and resisting an officer with violence. That's a hefty list for the hot mess, whose permanent restraining order against Michael Lohan is still in effect. TMZ reports that there's no evidence Lohan was involved in Sunday's brouhaha, but he is in Florida, and these two seem to attract each other like flies on, well, you know. Major's last run-in with the law happened in November when she got kicked off an airplane and charged with misdemeanor battery after an altercation with another passenger. Major reportedly left jail after noon Sunday and was ordered to complete a mental health/drug evaluation and bring it to the court within 48 hours to help determine how to proceed in the case against her.
