Lohan to Go Back to the Slammer?
American Red Cross DUI Freaky Friday Lindsay Lohan Stephanie Sautner TMZ probation shoplifting
SPONSORED:
Blame it on the mean girls at the Downtown Women's Center in L.A. At least that's what Lindsay Lohan is doing after facing heat about her community service hours. Lohan was supposed to serve 360 hours at the women's center after Judge Stephanie Sautner gave her the hefty community service sentence, along with a 120-day suspended sentence for shoplifting. Add to that house arrest violations and prior DUIs for which Lohan got a slap on the wrist, and it's starting to look like this cat's eaten up her nine lives. Two weeks ago, Lohan was transferred to the American Red Cross after the women's center complained that Lohan blew off nine scheduled visits and during the few times she showed up, she only worked an hour instead of the required four hours. Lohan has racked up only 21 hours as of Sept. 30 of her 360-hour sentence. The Probation Department reassigned her to the American Red Cross, and TMZ snapped her going into her new assignment last week. Unfortunately, it may be too little, too late for the Freaky Friday star. She faces a progress hearing with Judge Sautner Wednesday in which the violations could rack up a hefty jail sentence. In addition to the community service violations, Lindsay was supposed to see a therapist for one hour per week; however, she's been lax on those requirements as well. Maybe this time, Lohan will finally have to pay the piper.
