Rapper The Game punked the wrong group of peeps last week... and the prank could land him behind bars. TMZ is reporting that The Game tweeted to his followers to call for an internship. The only problem is that the number he listed belonged to the Sheriff's station in Compton, Calif. As if those guys don't have enough to deal with, they became flooded with calls, which in turn delayed their response to real emergencies. Most of the callers hung up after realizing they had reached the po po. However, there were those brazen enough to ask how they could get in The Game. It didn't take long for police to solve the mystery of the calls and track down the tweets. Sheriff's Capt. Mike Parker tweeted, "@TheGame U Tweeted phone# of #LASD #Compton SheRiff & said 2 call 4 internship when there is none. Lg.vol.calls R compromising publicsafety. Like the little punk he is, The Game responded with, "Yall can track a tweet down but cant solve murders ! Dat was an accident but maybe now all can actually do all job!!! #iSpeak4ThePeople." The calls went on for almost three hours. The Sheriff's office plans on filing a complaint with the DA's office to file charges, which would include delaying or obstructing a peace officer in the performance of their duties.
