Michael Douglas: The Smoking Gun?

File this one under some people never learn. Star magazine has photographs of cancer-survivor Michael Douglas lighting up -- just months after being treated for the big C. The famed Wall Street actor underwent chemo and radiation last year so that he wouldn't succumb to throat cancer. While it appears Douglas may be playing with fire, there could be more to the story. Douglas was captured with something that looks hand-rolled in his mouth. But whether he's smoking or toking -- on medical marijuana -- remains a mystery, according to Star magazine. One expert tells the mag even if it's medical Mary Jane, Douglas should be eating it in a pill, not smoking it. Adding insult to his injuries is that wife Catherine Zeta-Jones has also been spotted puffing on a cigarette recently. Some insiders are worried that Douglas could be exposed to secondhand smoke.
