Everyone's favorite Hills ho, Heidi Montag, was fired from her presumably real job working the door at new L.A. eatery XIV. She can blame her leech boyfriend Spencer, as usual. Montag started out with a warning from a coworker that the opening might be too much to handle. "This is going to be high stress. This [event] is a big one," coworker Kimberly said. But Heidi and her "big ones" decided to blow it off with Spencer, his sister Stephanie, Audrina and Justin Bobby, who showed up at the eatery AFTER Heidi had already drunk three cocktails. Boss Brent Bolthouse read her the riot act and gave her the pink slip. Not to worry, though ? Heidi won't want for money. The gig was probably faked (like much of the show), and even if it wasn't, Heidi will still earn a cool $75,000 for appearing on The Hills.
