Perhaps the biggest surprise patient in Celebrity Rehab is Tiger Woods' number-one mistress Rachel Uchitel. Until now, it's never been suggested that the brunette bombshell has any sort of substance abuse issue. That's not to say she doesn't have an affinity for married men. A rep from VH1 tells TMZ that the serial mistress is actually a pill popper. However, another insider suggests that couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, her "drug" of choice comes from the heart. The source tells Usmagazine.com, "Rachel is addicted to love. She has made some bad relationship choices and is being given the chance to deal with some issues. She is not an addict. She doesn't do drugs and isn't an alcoholic, but she does have problems with relationships. This is her chance to tell her story and show people another side of herself." Uchitel originally turned down the offer to check into Celebrity Rehab but reconsidered after the producers doubled her paycheck and had Dr. Drew Pinsky pay the sex siren a housecall. Uchitel is also set to appear on Celebrity Apprentice. Between the two reality shows and the pay off she received from Woods, Uchitel is probably sitting pretty.
