Just days after going public with the fact that she has no regrets about hooking up with boyfriend Eddie Cibrian while he was married, actress/singer LeAnn Rimes is shooting down rumors that she and the CSI hottie are engaged. Media outlets reported that the philandering celebs had become engaged last week. However, Rimes was quick to dispute reports with this Twitter, "I've about had it. Even though this is positive 'news' it's not true." Somewhere Cibrian's scorned ex Brandi Glanville breathed a sigh of relief, one that the model probably washed down with a glass of wine. It's been an eventful few weeks for Hollywood's most famous love triangle. Glanville was busted for driving under the influence just days after readers of Shape magazine blasted the publication for putting Rimes on the cover after she broke up somebody's marriage. Rimes then bailed on the Shape launch party, maintaining she had come down with the flu. It probably had nothing to do with the fact that Shape's editor had apologized to readers and essentially called Rimes a homewrecker instead of standing by the magazine's decision to put the country cutie on the cover. Fed up with the media and the latest round of rumors, Rimes issued the following statement about her supposed engagement, "Eddie and I are beyond happy and in love and look forward to one day sharing such private news with you all and hopefully will be able to enjoy it privately and share it with our family and friends before the world knows (contrary to reports on our intentions)." She then joked about being pregnant. She added, "Thanks to all of our wonderful fans for the premature congrats. But for now, let's all be happy we're happy and still and will remain together! Eddie and I felt we couldn't let this rumor go on any longer."
