Tori Spelling's son Liam can surely relate to Humpty Dumpty these days. That's because he too had a great fall this week. According to Radaronline.com, the 4-year-old took a tumble off the kitchen table and knocked his noggin. After the fall, he started throwing up, which scared the 90210 actress enough to rush her baby boy to the hospital. Like a good celeb, Spelling tweeted all of the deets, writing, "Scary morning. Liam fell off kitchen table rt on back of his head. Strted throwing up. Jst got back from ER. He's better. Jut hve 2watch him." The good news is they didn't have to put little Liam back together again because he was just fine. Doctors determined there was nothing wrong with the son of Spelling and husband Dean McDermott. Spelling is also the mom of daughter Stella, who is now two and a half. No word on whether Liam's latest injury will be fodder for Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, the couple's reality show. But if that's not ratings material, we don't know what is.
