For years, Howard Stern controlled Anna Nicole's purse strings. Apparently, it's a duty he's not yet ready to relinquish. Although he's not the father of baby Dannielynn, Celebtv.com says Stern maintains he "has at all times been the duty appointed acting and personal representative of the estate."

He wants to remain in control and establish Dannielynn as Anna Nicole's sole heir.

The buxom blonde trainwreck died in February 2006 just months after son Daniel passed away from an overdose. He was set to inherit all of Anna Nicole's riches had he not perished first.
