Star magazine claims that all is not well with the pop tart and Trawick, to whom she is rumored to be engaged. Spears allegedly has stayed close to Jason Alexander, the man she was married to for 55 hours in 2004, and she spilled some nasty secrets about her current relationship in a phone conversation, which was allegedly recorded and can be heard on Radaronline.com. Alexander asked his ex about her new "fiancé," and she replied, "That f*cker is not my fiancé." Alexander said he heard they were engaged but wasn't sure because he knew Trawick had given Spears a black eye. She tells Alexander that her abusive ex still works for Spears & Co., but he's being watched. "My dad has a shotgun and he's just waiting to use it," Spears said. These might be claims best taken with a grain of salt - we're talking about Star magazine and a girl who is still under her dad's conservatorship and close watch. But Alexander seems earnest in his claim, telling Star, "Britney is in an abusive relationship. She told me her life had turned into a nightmare." However, Spears' rep reports to People magazine that life is but a dream for the singer. The voice on the other end of the line is "100 percent not her," Rudolph told Access Hollywood. "Lawyers are amassing. We are 100 percent taking stern and immediate legal action." Brit's co-conservator, Andrew Wallet, says, "Star Magazine was informed of the falsity of the story before it was published. All the statements attributable to Jason Alexander [in the Star Magazine story] are completely fabricated."
