They said "I do" - and now they're doing it again. This weekend marked the anniversary for two Hollywood couples, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon and LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian. The Cannons celebrated their fourth anniversary in typical, over-the-top fashion by renewing their vows atop the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Carey wore a white satin mermaid gown, and Cannon matched his wife in a white tux. The two have a lot to celebrate, including their almost-year-old twins, aka "Dem Babies," and Cannon's improving health after suffering kidney disease earlier this year. Carey Tweeted, "Tonight was an incredible night. I can't express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower."

The Cibrians have only been together one year, but it seems like a whole lot longer, given their high-profile relationship that started before Cibrian divorced his ex-wife, Brandi Glanville. But they, too, celebrated their one-year anniversary by renewing their vows and spending some quality time together. Rimes Tweeted, "Eddie and I went climbing on the rocks in the ocean yesterday to see the thousands of crabs." And they commemorated their anniversary by exchanging expensive baubles - Cibrian received a pricey watch, and he gave Rimes a huge ring in return.
